1. General Provisions

This document constitutes a Public Offer (the "Agreement") by Bohdan Hordii (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency") to provide information and marketing referral services. By interacting with the @bohdan_hordii_work_bot or submitting leads, the user (hereinafter referred to as the "Partner") accepts the terms of this Agreement in full.

This agreement is not an employment contract. The Partner acts as an independent contractor providing lead generation services.

2. Services and Compensation

2.1. The Partner independently searches for clients (leads) interested in IT development, automation, and bots, and transfers their contact details to the Agency.

2.2. The Agency reviews the lead, conducts negotiations, and upon successful closing and receipt of payment from the client, pays the Partner a commission of 15% of the net profit of the specific project.

3. Use of Automation Tools (Scrapers & Bots)

3.1. The Agency may provide custom automation scripts (parsers, lead-gen tools) upon the Partner's request.

3.2. Legal Disclaimer: The Agency acts solely as the software developer. The Partner assumes full responsibility for the use of these tools. The Partner must use their own resources (proxies, API keys, TG accounts) to execute the scripts. The Partner guarantees that their actions do not violate the laws of their jurisdiction, anti-spam regulations (including GDPR/CCPA), or the Terms of Service (ToS) of the targeted platforms.

3.3. The Agency is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, account bans, or legal claims resulting from the Partner's use of the provided tools.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection

The Partner agrees to treat all internal Agency processes, client data, and provided software as strictly confidential.

5. Final Provisions

This offer is legally binding and is governed by applicable commercial laws. The Agency reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
